A vibrant and easy-to-assemble charcuterie board featuring creamy Brie, fresh berries, crunchy crackers, and toasted nuts, perfect for summer parties and festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (about 8 oz / 225 g), creamy and soft variety like President or Alouette
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups sturdy crackers or crostini (mix of whole wheat and water crackers recommended)
  • ½ cup raw almonds or pecans, lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzling
  • Small handful fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional extras: red grapes or pomegranate seeds, small bowl of mixed olives, flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse berries gently under cold water and pat dry. Slice strawberries thinly for easy picking.
  2. Toast nuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often until fragrant. Let them cool.
  3. Remove the Brie from its packaging and place it in the center of your serving board. Score the top lightly with a sharp knife if desired.
  4. Fan out crackers around the Brie in groups or piles, leaving space for berries and nuts.
  5. Place clusters of blueberries, raspberries, and sliced strawberries in small piles or scattered artfully around the board. Add toasted nuts in small bowls or pile them near the crackers.
  6. Lightly drizzle honey over the Brie and some of the berries for a glossy, sweet touch.
  7. Scatter fresh mint leaves over the board to add a pop of green and a refreshing aroma.
  8. If using olives or grapes, place them in small bowls or clusters to fill any empty spaces on the board.

Notes

Arrange elements with some breathing room to avoid overcrowding. Prepare close to serving time to maintain freshness. Use a sharp cheese knife for easy slicing. Toast nuts carefully to avoid burning. For dairy-free option, substitute Brie with vegan soft cheese. Nuts can be replaced with roasted chickpeas or seed mixes for allergies.
